Elissa Davis is a Public Arts Painter in Wilmington, Delaware specializing in abstracted portraiture and large-scale figurative oil paintings.
Beginning in February of 2026, Elissa began working on a public arts painting series titled Modern Love, exploring qualities such as gentleness, kindness, joyfulness and respectfulness.
