My 2025 series, Women of Impact, highlights and honors women in our society who have made significant contributions to our society. These contributions address several aspects of society from social activism, environmental legislation and civic service just to name a few of the challenges we face in today's modern-day society.   

My inspiration for the subjects in these paintings are from women living in a multi-cultural population and their interpretations, responses and adaptations towards modern day challenges.  It is my belief that when a culture supports women's social structures, recognizes their achievements and promotes their contributions, then all individuals will be protected and honored. 

In the featured piece, Women of Impact, 2025-(oil on canvas, 30" x 40") I have included captions recognizing and highlighting sixteen women (mostly in America) who are currently contributing to our society in various capacities.
